At RDDHI, Ingrid concentrates her practice in defending complex, high-risk toxic tort, silica, and asbestos products liability, business litigation, labor and employment matters, dental practice transactional matters, and cannabis regulatory and compliance matters.

Ingrid is one of a handful of California cannabis industry experts. She successfully developed the first and only Latina majority-owned vertically integrated cannabis company in California. Her cannabis experience is from seed to sale across all platforms, from cultivation, manufacturing, and distribution to both non-storefront and storefront retail.

Ingrid has a varied legal and academic background. Prior to working in the cannabis industry, Ms. McCall externed at the California Department of Justice in their complex civil litigation department, and thereafter honed her skills in state and nationwide class action litigation, products liability, complex civil litigation, and immigration matters in private practice. Her background in physics gives her a deep understanding of science and medical issues involved in silica and asbestos litigation. Additionally, she has lectured full undergraduate courses on Constitutional Law, Race and the Law, Immigration, and Higher Education at UCLA.

Outside of work, Ingrid is passionate about mentoring marginalized youth throughout Los Angeles and volunteers with domestic violence survivors. She also enjoys gardening, cooking, collecting art, and spending time with her family.
