Amy works on toxic torts, focusing on silicosis defense litigation in California. Prior to working at Rasmussen Dickey Dioszeghy Henry Ijei, she gained experience at Airbnb as a legal privacy intern, worked in the Entrepreneur’s Law Clinic at Santa Clara Law, and clerked in San Mateo Family Court. She also has experience with civil mediation and business law.
Outside of her legal practice, Amy has decades of experience in the high-tech industry as a software programmer, building and managing websites for the financial services and real estate industries as well as non-profits. She served as Chair of the Parks and Recreation Commission in Half Moon Bay, California, is a FEMA CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) volunteer, and is a HAM radio operator.
Amy volunteers with the Legal Aid Society of San Diego’s Civil Appellate Self-Help Workshop (CASHW) and the Jewish Federation of Greater Kansas City.
